Initial Behavior Consultation (1 hour)

Service Description

During this 1-hour video (or telephone) conference, we will do our best detective work to determine the function of your pet's unwanted behavior(s) so that we can begin to develop a behavior change plan that is realistic to implement, evidence-based and fully customized to you and your dog's needs.

Cancellation Policy

If Client fails to give at least 24 hours cancellation notice, or is not present at time of scheduled appointment, session fees are still due. A “no show” or cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time will still be counted as one session. Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times before being forfeited. All classes must be completed within 70 days from the date of payment or they will be forfeited. Any fees incurred on your transaction to Courteous Canines Inc. from PayPal or Venmo are not refundable. We apologize for this inconvenience and wish we could absorb the cost of the fees for everyone, but we simply cannot. Thank you for understanding.
